The Plasmaor LCDpanelis a high technol-
ogyproductwith resolution of two millionto
six millionpixels.In a veryfewcases, y ou
couldseefinedots on the screen whileyou're
viewingthe TV. Thosedots are deactivated
pixelsanddo not affectthe performance and
reliability of the TV.
Generated Sound
"Cracking" n oise: A cracking noise thatoccurs
whenwatchingor turningoff the TVis gener-
ated by plasticthermal contractiondue to
temperature andhumidity. T hisnoiseis com-
monfor productswherethermaldeformation
is required.
Electrical c ircuit humming/panel b uzzing:A
lowlevel n oiseisgenerated froma high-speed
switching circuit, w hich supplies a largeamount
of current to operate a product. It varies
depending on the product.
This generatedsound does not affect the
performance andreliability of the product.
ForLEDLCDTV/LCD TV
If the TVfeelscoldto the touch,theremaybe
a small"flicker"whenit is turnedon. This is
normal, thereis nothing wrong withTV.
Someminutedot defectsmay be visibleon
the screen,appearingas tiny red, green,or
blue spots. However, they have no adverse
effecton the monitor'sperformance.
Avoidtouchingthe LCDscreen or holding your
finger(s)againstit for long periodsof time.
