Cause
Engine switch is "OFF"
Low oil level
Fuel Valve is "OFF"
Out of fuel
Fuel cannot flow into carburetor

Cause
Clutch handle cannot work properly
Clutch cable is broken
The position of clutch cable is incorrect
The fork shaft does not rotate flexibly
caused that the fork cannot be reset
completely
Troubleshooting of gearbox
Cause
Counter shaft double gear loose
Main shaft moves, spring washer failure
Worn or damaged reverse fork
Damaged reverse cable
Reverse shaft loosen
Reverse shift fork stuck
Reverse shaft rear bolt is loose or not
tightened
Solution
Turn on engine switch
Fill oil to correct level
Turn fuel Valve"ON"
Fill fuel
Press the safety button, turn on the
carburetor switch and turn the fuel valve
"ON"
Replace spark plug
Solution
Replace clutch handle
Replace clutch cable
Adjust the clutch cable, make sure the
clutch compression sleeve stroke is within
2-4 grids
Clean the joint surface of the fork shaft
and the push plate to make it rotate flexibly
Solution
Tighten the nut on the counter shaft
Replace Spring washer
Replace reverse fork
Replace reverse cable
Tighten the reverse shaft and gearbox
connecting bolt.
Clean the joint surface of the reverse gear
shift fork shaft and the reverse gear push
plate to make it rotate flexibly
Tighten the connecting bolts of the reverse
shaft and gearbox
