Two HP R85026A detectors and two waveguide directional couplers comprise a reflectometer test setup
for a return loss measurement. The test setup is calibrated using a short to minimize frequency response
errors.
The measured return loss should be greater than or equal to the specified value listed above. There is
an uncertainty range of ±0.6 dB due to coupler directivity and mismatch uncertainty.
