Detouring
Streets
A search is made for a route that detours specified streets.
1 Press POP UP.
2 Select [Detour] by moving the joystick.
Select [Avoid Streets], and press
ENTER.

The [Choose Streets to Avoid] menu
opens, showing a list of street names.
=» The names of streets to be avoided are
shown in gray. Only the remaining streets
are included in the route search.
Confirm that all streets you want to
avoid are displayed in gray, and then
select [End].
4 Select the streets you want to avoid.
A search is made for a route that takes you to multiple destinations, or
via points. You can specify up to five via points.
Entering 1 Via Point
1 Press POP UP.
=> The Pop Up menu opens.

The [Detour] submenu opens.

Select [Detour] by moving the joystick.
a Select [Via Point], and press ENTER.
™
The [Select Destination] menu opens.
Enter a via point by the same procedure
as described for destination input (pages
24 to 34), and start route search.
