Cleaning and care

This is a special process for cleanng
stubborn soils after grllir>g or roastiig.
While the oven is sM warm, take out
the oven trays artd rack (Wear oven
gloves, as these will sM be hot. and
be careful to put them down on a heat
resistant surface out of the reach of
children). Wipe the oven fk»r.
To operate the cleaning process, turn
the oven swHch to 'Fan oven*,
the
temperature contrcH to the hig^st
setting. The cleaning process, depend*
ing on the degree of soilr>g. takes
about one hour on average.
For appliances with a cbckAlmer use
the timer to pre-set the amount qf tine
required, this avoids the problem of
forgetting to turn the oven off. Always
clean the floor of the oven after using
this process.
If one 'catalytic* cleaning cycle is nd
sufficient, it may be repeated and any
remaining soils will be reduced gra*
dually every time the oven is us^ at a
high temperature.

To remove oven door
To facilitate cleaning the oven inlenor.
the oven door can be easBy removed.
