4 Disassembly Instructions

4.1.

Removal of Rear Handle Cover

Step 1 Remove the screw indicated and then pull the Rear
Handle Cover.
Step 2 Disconnect the screws indicated slowly.
Caution: Do not pull the terminal tips of the Lead wires.
4.2.

Removal of Pilot Lamp

Step 1 Remove the screws holding the Pilot Lamp from the ter-
minal.
4.3.

Removal of Dial Knob

Step 1 Insert thin screwdriver lightly in the right and left sides (2
places) of the dial knob. Pressing the handles of both screw
drivers downward make the dial knob come off the handle of
the iron.
4.4.

Removal of Handle

Step 1 Remove 2 screws indicated and lift handle.
Step 2 Remove the Contact Pin B together with the washer
before removing the handle.
