Tap Devices and tap your product card.

Tap → Help.

You can check the product's software information.

Open the SmartThings app on your mobile device.

Tap Devices and tap your product card.

Tap → Information.
Deleting a product
You can register a product with another Samsung account after deleting it.

Open the SmartThings app on your mobile device.
2
Tap Devices → → Remove device.
3
Tap on the product card you want to delete.
The product will be reset.
