Consumer Help Indicator

CHI is the way to communicate a simple remedy for some situations that the consumer can perform without the need
to call for service. The chart below describes the helpful messages the consumer may notice scrolling on the display
when they return to start another load. These messages will provide simple remedies the consumer can quickly
perform.
"Spin" icon
If an out-of-balance condition is detected by washer, Spin icon will blink during remaining portion
blinking
of cycle and will stay illuminated for a short time after cycle stops. When this occurs, washer is
taking actions to correct out-of-balance condition and complete cycle normally. In some cases,
washer may not be able to balance load and spin up to full speed.
"CLrFLtr"

"H2O supply"
Check house water supply. Did you forget to turn on one or both supply valves after installation

or coming back from vacation? As soon as the message starts to scroll, washer will initiate a 4

"Door" will be shown on display if 3 cycles have been started without opening door. Washer will
not start another cycle until door is opened.
"CAnCELEd"
"CAnCELEd" may scroll on the display if the machine was paused for longer than 24 hours,
water was left in the machine for 15 minutes with door open or if the machine has stopped itself
before the cycle completed due to certain faults. As soon as the message starts to scroll, the
Combi will enter lock-out period. The Combi controls won't respond/change during this time.
Machine can bypass the lock-out period by pressing the power button or unplugging the Combi.

Possible Causes
What To Do
Choose Timed Dry to dry damp collars and waistbands. In the
future, when drying a load with collars and waistbands, choose
Auto Extra Dry.
Ensure Ext Tumble option is not selected.
