Toast with Egg and Cheese

Steps
1 Draw a square on the toast with a knife. Don't cut it to the end. It
should be of moderate size;
2 Preheat the oven to 230
3 Press the square part in the middle of the toast with the back of the
spoon;
4 Beat an egg into the groove of the toast;
5 Sprinkle grated cheese on egg white (avoid the yolk);
6 Spread tin foil on the baking pan, put toast on it, put the baking tray
into the oven, and bake for about 10 minutes;
7 Take the toast out of the oven and sprinkle with your favorite season-
ing (pepper, salad dressing, tomato sauce); Add sausage to it and
