4. After the focusing ring check is completed, message screen is
displayed in the following order. Operate the steady shot switch
in accordance with the message.

is displayed in the following. Set the ZOOM switch to the
"MANUAL".

6. After the ZOOM switch setting is completed, message screen is
displayed in the following. Align the mark of the zoom rotation
direction select locking switch with the zoom rotation direction
select index. Then, slide the locking switch in the direction of
the arrow.

7. Turn the zoom ring to the CAP side.

Align the value "18" on the focal length scale
for the CAP side with the focal length index.
Be sure to rotate the zoom ring until it clicks.
8. When the ENTER key is pressed, message screen is displayed
in the following. Turn the zoom ring to the MOV side.
