Do not al- low them to sit or stand on the appliance.  Be sure to supervise any children in the vicinity of the cooktop, and do not let them play with it.

Installation, maintenance, and re- pairs must only be carried out by a Miele authorized technician.  Maintenance by the user: Never repair or replace any part of the appliance unless the instructions specifically recommend doing so.
