The tablet or mobile device is not connected to the WiFi.
Connect to the same network as the machine.
Recheck that the informa�on entered is correct. If needed,
these can be found in the app on the machine tablet by going
to Se�ngs → Advanced → Security Informa�on
The machine is only able to dispense a maximum of 8 oz. / 240
g per formula. Adjust the total amount to be below this
weight.
The WiFi connec�on is not good. Check the network
connec�on and try again.
The internet speed is slow or the WiFi connec�on is not good.
Select "retry" to send again. If message reapppears, check the
internet/WiFi connec�on.
1) Select the machine connec�on icon to check that the tablet
or mobile device is connected to the machine.
2) Check that the table or mobile device is connected to the
same WiFi network as the machine.
*Note: If too many devices are connected to the machine at the
same �me, it may not be possible to transfer formulas because
of the WiFi router performance. A maximum of 10 devices can
be used at the same �me.

switch behind the machine off for 5 seconds and back on. Wait
