check if the following items are properly connected.
If a nonstandard personal computer or graphics

AC cord plugged in, POWER switch on.

adapter is being used, make sure the pin assignments
of the signal input connector and the signal timing
meet the specifications detailed previously.
CHECKS
* AC cord plugged in
* POWER switch on
* Signal cable connected
* Turn off POWER switch, wait at
least 30 seconds, turn it back on.
* V-CENTERING Control
* H-PHASE Control
* CONTRAST Control
* BRIGHTNESS Control
