Possible Cause
● There is still some water in the
washer dryer.
● Child lock may be activated.
● Washer dryer may be switched off
before the door lock is released.
● Washer dryer may be using the
remote function, the door will be
locked. (For model BD-D120XGV/
BD-D100XGV)
● When the inside of the drum is
hot due to drying operations, a
cooling operation is used to cool the
temperature down.
● Child lock may be activated.
● Settings cannot be changed while a
program is in progress.
● The water tap may not be turned on.
● The water supply hose may be
frozen.
● The water supply hose may be
kinked or pinched.
● The water supply filter may be
clogged.
● Washing time may be prolonged
if the load is unbalanced, as the
washer dryer tries to correct the
imbalance.
● Washing time may be prolonged
when there is too much foam, as the
additional action of eliminating it is
necessary.
● The remaining time is continually
corrected and may change during the
program.
● The amount of foam varies
depending on the temperature, level
of soiling and water hardness.
● Detergent may remain undissolved if
it is poured directly into the drum.
● You may have used too much
detergent.
● The amount of foam varies
depending on the temperature, level
of soiling and water hardness.
● You may not have selected the
Prewash option.
● The detergent in the dispenser
for prewash only.
Solution
● Run the Drain program to drain
water.
● Deactivate the child lock.
(See page 16)
● Push the Power button to switch
power on. The door lock will be
released if there is no water in the
drum.
● Deactivate "Remote function"
● Wait until the inside of the drum
cools down
● Deactivate the child lock.

● Turn on the water tap.
● Make sure that the water supply
hose is not frozen.
● Straighten the water inlet hose.
● Clean the water inlet filter.
