For products with S/N: -2015080000 (536LiL),
-2015100000 (536LiR).
Thread the wires through the resistance (D) and
connect them to the control unit with (A, gray) at
the top, followed by (B, black) in the middle and
(C, red) at the bottom.
NB! Thread the wires from the inside through
the EMC filter twice.
See Figure 7a.
For products with S/N: 2015080001- (536LiL,
536LiLX), 20151000001- (536LiR, 536LiRX).
Thread the wires through the resistance (D) and
connect them to the control unit with (A, gray) at
the top, followed by (B, black) in the middle and
(C, red) at the bottom.
NB! Thread the wires from the inside through
the EMC filter twice.

Assemble the battery housing.
Refer to "Basic dismantle/assembly".

Assemble the wear guard under the battery housing.
Refer to "Basic dismantle/assembly".

Assemble the operating handle (LiL/LiLX).
Assemble the wear guard (LiR/LiRX).
Refer to "Basic dismantle/assembly".

Assemble the trimmer guard.
See "Assembling the trimmer guard".

Note: LiL/LiR right-threaded nut
LiLX/LiRX left-threaded nut
Assemble the trimmer head (A) onto the motor
shaft with nut (B). Assemble the trimmer head (A).
Tightening torque 8 ~ 12 Nm.
See Figure 8
Use the recommended blade guard.
Make sure the blade is assembled on a level surface.
Fit the drive disc (B) on the output shaft.
Turn the blade shaft until one of the holes in the
drive disc aligns with the corresponding hole in the
gear housing.
Insert the L key (C) into the hole to lock the shaft.
Place the blade (D), support cup (E) and support
flange (F) on the output shaft.
Fit the nut (G).
Tighten the nut to a torque of 35-50 Nm (3.5-5
kpm). Use the socket spanner in the tool kit. Grasp
the handle of the spanner as close to the trimmer
guard as possible.
