(Disaster Voice Delivery Service)
Disaster Voice Delivery Service is a service which allows you
to record your voice and send someone you want to inform
your well-being in case of a large-scale disaster.

In au災害対策 (au Disaster Countermeasure)
menu, "災害用音声お届けサービス (Disaster Voice
Delivery Service)"
■ Sending voice (send)
Select "声をお届け (Send voice)" and "①お届け先を選択
(Select a send destination)"→"②お届けしたい声を録音 (Record
your voice)".
* You can select sending destination from the Phonebook.
■ Receiving voice (receive)
Reception of voice message can be notified pop-up screen
or SMS (C-mail). Receive (download) the voice message to
play.
* If the recipient's device is a smartphone that has not launched "au災害対策 (au
Disaster Countermeasure)" application supporting Disaster Voice Delivery Service
or au cell phone, notifications are sent by SMS (C-mail).
* Notifications made by SMS (C-mail) cannot be saved to au Disaster
Countermeasure application.

◎ Sending/Receiving voice messages is available only via 3G network.
Turn off wireless LAN (Wi-Fi
◎ Voice message can be recorded for up to 30 seconds.
◎ Voice messages can be sent and received to or from au cell phones
(exchanging voice messages with cell phones of other
telecommunication carriers is scheduled in spring 2013 or later).
◎ Voice message may be difficult to hear if the media volume is low or

◎ Saving or playing Voice messages may fail if a microSD card is not
inserted or the inserted microSD card does not have available
memory.
