10-3-12. Setting of the DME Interface

When the AUX1 bus is used for VIDEO input of the external DME, the AUX2 bus is used for KEY input
of the DME, and the DME output is connected for switcher input, set the DME interface for the following
purposes.
. To output the tally in accordance with the crosspoint of the AUX1 or AUX2 bus when the DME output
is selected in the PROGRAM bus
. To select the DME button in the transition type and perform the DME WIPE transition
(1) On the set-up menu screen, press the function keys in the following sequence.
[F6] (PERIPH) → [F2] (DME)
The DME menu is displayed.
(2) Press [F6] (DME EXT) to set the desired DME to the external DME (EXT).
(3) While pressing [F2] (DME1V), press the button of the AUX bus to which the DME VIDEO signal
is assigned.
(4) While pressing [F3] (DME1K), press the button of the AUX bus to which the DME KEY signal is
assigned.
