FAQs
No media files are downloaded
Make sure you have an active internet connection. Also update the Ruhun Sehbali
app before downloading any media files.
No pictures are seen when Ruhun Sehbali is running
Activate screensaver from the screensaver settings. If still no screensaver is active,
try downloading media files again.
The device does not play azan when it is time
Check if date/time settings are correct. Try downloading media files again.
New version of the application cannot be installed
Check for internet connection. There may be not enough space in the device. Re-
move any files or apps installed in the device by the user.
My city is not listed
Pick from the list the closest city to your location. Then adjust prayer times by add-
ing/deducting minutes in the Advanced Settings page.
My location is set but the prayer times are not correct
Make sure you picked the calculation method of your choice. If your location is in 52
and above latitudes, try listed options in the High Altitude part of Times settings in
the Ruhun Sehbali app.

Do not block the ventilation holes on the back of the DPF at any time.
