Prerequisites



Procedure

Step 1 (Optional) Operate the handle to switch on and off the ATS for one to three times. Ensure that

the primary and secondary contacts of the ATS work smoothly.

Step 2 Switch on the SPD circuit breaker. If the SPD indicator is green, the SPD is running properly.

If the SPD indicator is red, the SPD is faulty and must be replaced immediately.

Step 3 Switch on the upstream power circuit breaker of the PDC to power on the PDC.

Step 4 Switch on the input circuit breaker of the PDC. If the green power indicator on the front panel

of the PDC lights up, the PDC is powered on properly.



If the handle of the ATS is not removed, the auto mode does not take effect.

Step 5 (Optional) Check whether the PD510 displays information properly.

Step 6 Switch on all output circuit breakers in one by one.

Step 7 (Optional) Power off the PDC.

Items listed in the section Check Before Power-on Commissioning have all been

checked.

You have obtained the Schematic diagram.

If the input switch is a circuit breaker, switch it on.

If the input switch is an ATS, set the ATS to auto mode as instructed by

ATS.



When switching on the circuit breakers, observe whether there is any abnormal phenomenon during

every step.



Do not switch on the reserved circuit breakers.
