The power supply (24V, approximately 100mA) for the keyboard encoder (X4) can be removed
from the monitor. Fitting jumpers in position X33 on the keyboard encoder PCB makes it
possible to select an active or a passive 20mA interface (X1).

The white blocks in the banks of switches show the current settings.
In GRACIS- PG mode, the voltage at inputs A and B (X4) determines the keyboards that are
enabled (refer also to the table below). Inputs A and B are continuously monitored.This means
that it is possible to implement a keyboard lock by appropriate assignments of A and B.

If a programming unit keyboard is connected to X18, it can only be used in
GRACIS-PG mode (switch S1).
