12 INSTALLATION

Installing the appliance

CAUTION
• Do not use a silicon sealant to seal the
appliance against the aperture.
This will make it difficult to remove the appliance
from the aperture in future, particularly if it
needs to be serviced.
CAUTION
• In order to prevent tipping of the appliance, the
stabilizing brackets must be installed.

Locate the brackets and screws.
• Remove the brackets and screws from the
package.

Install the brackets.
• Place the brackets at the specified positions
on the side of the product.
• Tighten the screws through the brackets.

Insert gas hob into cutout.
