Fail-safe function blocks for storage and retrieval machines

In networks 2 and 3, these signals are fed together with the "STO_select" signal to a F_FDBACK func-

tion block. Block F_FDBACK is included in the Distributed Safety (V1) library under number FB216,

and implements a feedback circuit monitoring function.
