Timeout for Activating a Call Waiting Mes-
sage
for a UCD Queue.
It allows you to specify a timeout for routing calls to a
waiting queue in the event that agents are busy or un-
available.
Different timeouts can be set for playing a different
message for each UCD Group. The default setting is for
playing a message immediately, as soon as a call is
placed in a queue.
Required: Programming Mode must be active (*95

Enter a timeout for activating message playing (00 to 99

UCD Overflow Call Destination
This setting specifies a call destination for each UCD
group when:
•
All agents are logged out
•
A UCD Queue reaches the maximum number of
calls waiting
•
The queue's overflow timeout expires.
In the default configuration the destinations for UCD
Groups overflow are not specified.
Required: Programming Mode must be active (*95
