If you need to call the Hitachi Data Systems Support Center, please gather as
much information about the problem as possible, including:
The circumstances surrounding the error or failure.
The exact content of any error message(s) displayed on the host
system(s).
The data in the CCI error log file and trace data (all files in HORCM_LOG
directory).
The remote service information messages (R-SIMs), including reference
codes and severity levels, displayed by Storage Navigator and/or
HiCommand Device Manager.
