TROUBLESHOOTING

Problem
The unit will not operate at all.
No sound is produced.
No vibration is produced.
Noise is heard.
The unit does not respond to the
controller.
Sound quality is poor.
The unit has been damaged.
The power cord or power plug is
abnormally hot.
Cause and Remedy
• The power cord has been disconnected from AC inlet.
• The power plug has been disconnected.
• The main power switch on the unit has been set to the "Ο" (OFF) position.

• A course has not been selected on the controller.
• The operation signal of the controller is not transmitted to the unit.
» Check the transmitter and operation range of the controller before using it.

(When the operation signal is transmitted to the unit, a "beep" sound is
produced by the unit for confirmation.)
• The sound volume or vibration volume is set to the minimum.
• The connected music source has not been played.
• The sound volume of the connected music source is set to the minimum.

• The music source is disconnected during the operation.
When you connect an external music source to the unit, the sound output will
be from the external music source mode.
If you want to listen to the music preinstalled in the unit again, turn the power
off once using the controller.
(When the power is turned off, the music source is reset to the built-in sound.)
• The unit is affected by strongly magnetized equipment such as TVs.
» Turn off the power of TVs and similar device or place them away from the unit
where noise is not heard.
• The operation signal of the controller has not been transmitted to the unit.
» Check the transmitter and operation range of the controller before using it.

• The batteries might have lost their charge.
• This product is designed to use swing, vibration and sound for relaxation.
The sound quality of the unit is poorer than an ordinary audio device because
sound is only a secondary support function.
