The screen shown above will be displayed when the HMI boots up, this can take several minutes.
The screen shows a Maguire WSB, all twelve hoppers are shown, you may or may not have this
number of hoppers. The screen has been developed to control the worst case scenario on a WSB i.e.
12 hoppers.
Each hopper is labeled on the left from 1 - 12 remember that Maguire use letters for hoppers 10 -
12. Each hopper shows the setting for type (Natural, Regrind & Additive) Setting (parts or
percentage) and the total that has been dispensed from that hopper. Towards the bottom of the
screen is a throughput rate measure in Kilo's per hour. All the software developed is for use in a
metric environment.
Below the view of the settings is a display that mimics the display on the blender, there is some lag
on the display due to communications delays so don't expect exact replication between the two
displays.
