Offhook Voice Announce (OHVA)

Description
Use the Offhook Voice Announce (OHVA) feature to interrupt a busy
extension and then make an announcement that only the called party can hear.
Operation
To make an OHVA:
1. Lift the handset.
2. Dial the desired extension number.
3. Upon hearing busy tone, press "5."
