Lubrication

Greasing the Sprayer

Lubricate all bearings and bushings after every
100 hours or once a year, whichever occurs first.
Grease Type: No. 2 General Purpose Lithium
Base Grease
1. Wipe the grease fitting clean so that foreign
matter cannot be forced into the bearing or
bushing.
2. Pump grease into the bearing or bushing.
3. Wipe off excess grease.
The grease fittings positions are illustrated by
the following: Figure 36through Figure 42.
