Guarantee

We undertake to provide a 24-month guarantee for this device as
of the date of purchase (proof of purchase).
Within the guarantee period, we undertake to rectify, free of
charge, such defects in the device or accessories*) which are
based on material or manufacturing faults by means of repair or,
as we see fit, replacement. Guarantee services do not lead to
any extension of the guarantee period, nor do they lead to any
right to a new guarantee!
Proof of purchase is the prerequisite of the guarantee. Free
replacement or free repair cannot be carried out without this
proof.

*) Damage to accessories does not automatically lead to free
replacement of the entire device. In this case, please contact our
hotline! Glass breakages and plastic part breakages are basically
subject to a charge!
Defects in accessories and wearing parts (e.g. carbon motor
brushes, kneading hooks, drive belts, replacement remote
controls, replacement toothbrushes, saw blades, etc.), and
cleaning, servicing or the replacement of wearing parts are not
covered by the guarantee and are therefore subject to a charge!
The guarantee expires in the event of third-party intervention.
Following the guarantee
Following the expiry of the guarantee, repairs can be carried out
by the corresponding, specialist retailer or repair service subject
to a charge.
