ADJUSTMENT

TEMPO ZERO POINT ADJUSTMENT

Jig
Precise screwdriver (small)
Adjustment and Check Points
Control panel
Zero Point ADJ.
Set the TEMPO knob to the
mechanical center "0."
Note:
Because the value of the adjusted voltage is read only when the unit is turned on, if the TEMPO indication does not
become 0% at the slider center after adjustment, turn off the power, and perform fineadjustment again. (Repeat the
sequence of fineadjustment, power on, check, power off, and fine-adjustment.)
When adjusting the VR1402 (Zero point adj.), adjust it from the hole on the foil side with the SLDB Assy attached to the
control panel.
Necessary Adjustment Points
Exchange the SLIDER VR
TEMPO indication (%)
POWER ON
Check that the TEMPO
indication shows 0.00%.
Repeat the procedure until the TEMPO indication shows 0.00%.
When
SLDB ASSY
TEMPO knob "0"
OK
No adjustment required
NG
POWER OFF
