One-Touch Calling

One-Touch button (See Chapter 3, Programming One-Touch) allows the phone to dial
the stored number just as if pressing the keys on the numeric keypad.
Make a Call

Press the One-Touch button. If no other call is active, the telephone selects an idle
Directory Number (DN), then dials the number.
Dialing Special Codes
One-Touch feature provides two ways of supplying special codes such as credit card
numbers, passwords, personal ID numbers, and voice mail access codes. Store a code
on its own One-Touch button or include special codes as part of a single One-Touch
number. See Telephone Set-Up.

Call Announce Intercom

The Call Announce Intercom feature is a convenient way to screen incoming calls,
and then announce the call to the intended recipient. The screener places the incoming
call on hold, uses a designated Directory Number/Call Appearance to announce the
call to the recipient and may then transfer the call. The screener can also use this
feature to deliver a message.

Announcing a Call by Intercom

Warning:
The below procedure assumes that both the screener and the call recipient have a
Fujitsu SRS 12i / 24i IP Centrex Telephone. If the call screener has some other telephone
set, the exact procedure may be different.
1. Press the Directory Number designated for Call Announce Intercom. The intercom
Directory Number indicator lights normally.
2. Dial the extension of the call recipient. The recipient' s telephone sounds an alert
tone, immediately answers the call, and activates the intercom feature.
3. Talk to the recipient. If the recipient is set up for one-way intercom, pause a few
seconds to give the recipient time to press the MIC-OFF button and respond.
With two-way intercom, the recipient can respond immediately just by speaking.
Note:
To transfer a call at the same time as announcing it, use the conference call transfer
procedure.

Call Log

The Fujitsu SRS 12i / 24i IP Centrex Telephone maintains a 52 entry Unanswered /
Answered Incoming Call Log and a 52 entry Outgoing Call Log. Provided information;
