DELETING A SCHEDULE ITEM
1. Press the [Up] navigation key, then skip to Step 6.
-or-
2. Press the [LSK] to access the Main Menu.
3. Press the [Down] navigation key to scroll to "Tools" .
4. Press [OK]. Schedule is already selected.
5. Press [OK] to display the monthly calendar.
6. To delete a schedule item,
press the [Up/Down/Left/
Right] navigation keys to go
to the date of the item, then
press [OK] to access a list of
items for that day.
7. Press the [Up] or [Down]
navigation key to access the
item you want to delete, then
press [OK].
8. Press the [RSK] to select the Delete option, then press
[OK] to confirm the delete action.
9. To delete All or Past items,
press the [LSK].
10. Press the [Down] navigation
key to select Delete, then
press [OK].
11. Select Delete All and press
[OK] to delete all items.
-or-
12. Select Delete Past and press [OK] to delete all schedule
items prior to today. (This option does not delete
items scheduled on the current date.)
