Resetting Your Tablet Device
If your tablet device is not performing as expected, and you cannot force-quit your tablet device by pressing and
holding the power button for about 10 seconds, remove the battery pack after unplugging the AC adapter, then
install the battery pack in your tablet device again. Wait a while after you install the battery pack in your tablet
device before turning on your tablet device.
Note
Resetting the tablet device does not revert the settings to factory default, but unsaved data or settings may be
lost.
Reset the tablet device only when you cannot turn it off or force-quit it.
