Problem
Your mobile doesn't turn on.
You can't make calls.
You can't hear others on
your mobile.
The other person can't
hear you.
The mobile has been damaged,
dropped, got wet or you used
a non-Motorola battery charger.
Your mobile has been lost
or stolen.
You pressed
but
nothing happened.
The display says: USIM Blocked
The mobile doesn't ring.

Solution
The battery level indicator should have at least one bar showing
recharge your battery. (See pages 1.3–4.)
The signal strength indicator should have at least one bar showing
move to an area with a stronger signal.
While on a call, press the top of the volume control key on the side of your mobile.
Your mobile may be muted. If so, select UNMUTE to unmute the mobile.
Also, make sure that your mobile's microphone isn't covered.
Dropping your mobile, getting it wet or using a non-Motorola battery charger can
damage the mobile. The mobile's limited warranty doesn't cover damage caused
from using non-Motorola original accessories.
Report a lost or stolen mobile to the police and to 3 Customer Services on
0870 7330 333. Calls to this number are charged at the national rate.
Make sure you press and hold
audible alert (this could take a couple of seconds). If nothing happens, check that
the battery is charged. (See pages 1.3-4.)
Call 3 Customer Services on 0870 7330 333 to obtain the PIN unblocking (PUK) code.
If you see
on the screen, then the ringer is on vibrate. (See page 3.3.)
