Connecting to a TV
Connecting to a TV with an HOMI Cable - Best Quality (Recommended)
1.
Using an HOMI cable, connect the HDMI OUT terminal on the rear of the player to the HDMIIN terminal of your 1V.
2.
Turn on the player and 1V.
3.
Press the input selector on your 1V remote control until the HOMI signal from the player appears on your 1V screen.

NOTE
• An HOMI cable outputs digital video/audio, so you don't need to connect an audio cable.
• If the player is connected to your TV in HOMI nDp, 1D8Di, 1D8Dp or output mode, you must use a High speed (category 2) HOMI
cable.
• HOMI outputs only a pure digital signal to the TV.
If your TV does not support HOCP (High-bandwidth Oigital Content Protection), random noise appears on the screen.
• Oepending on your TV, certain HOMI output resolutions may not work. Please refer to the user manual of your TV.
• When you connect the player to your TV using a HOMI cable for the first time or to a new TV, the player sets the HOMI output
resolution to the highest supported by the TV automatically.
• You must have an HOMI connection to enjoy videos with 30 technology.
• A long HOMI cable may cause a screen noise. If this is the case, set Oeep Color to Off in the menu.
