8. Carefully remove the flip hinge bracket from the back housing. Be careful not to damage
the flex cable.

9. To replace, align the flip hinge bracket to the back housing.
10. Insert the plastic barrel guide to the flip hinge assembly.
11. Carefully insert the flex cable through the flip assembly.
12. Assemble and insert the hinge spring.
13. Replace the screw used to secure the hinge. Tighten to a torque of 0.7 inch pounds.
14. Replace the two screws used for securing the flip hinge bracket. Tighten to a torque of 1.7
inch pounds.
15. Replace the camera assembly, flip assembly cover, transceiver board, rear housing,
antenna, SIM, battery, and battery connector as described in the procedures.
