Troubleshooting

I can't turn it on!
Is the power cord
connected to the AC
outlet correctly?
The remote
control
doesn't work!
Are the batteries
flat?
Are you more than 7
meters (23 feet) away
from the monitor?
Is the "MODE (TV, STB, DVD,
AUDIO)" set to "TV"?
Problem
Remote control stops Unplug monitor, several minutes later plug it
working in again.
Aspect ratio changes
Press "
unintentionally
PC screen alignment
Adjust "PC Setting". (P. 21)

LCD panels use fine dots ("pixels") to display
images.
While more than 99.99% of these pixels
Black or white dots
function properly, a very small number of
appear on the screen
pixels may not light, or may light all the time.
Please understand that this is not a
malfunction.
