Lift the handset.
Menu Dial assist
Menu Group announcem
Confirm.
Select the subscriber group to which you wish to make an
announcement, e.g. Group 1 .
Confirm.
Group 1 Announcement appears in the display. Speak now.
Ending the announcement
Replace the handset.
If a sucbscriber of the dialled subscriber group is busy, he will not receive
the announcement.
