Troubleshooting

Device Problems
ibiza Rhapsody won't turn on.
Possible Cause
ibiza Rhapsody is locked.
The battery is not charged sufficiently.
The Power button is not being held long enough.
ibiza Rhapsody is connected to a PC.
Corrective Action
Locate the Lock switch on the top side of the player. Slide this switch to the left to unlock the player.
Charge the battery using either a PC or standard wall outlet. Please consult the section entitled
"Charging the Battery" for more information.
To turn the power on, hold down the Power button for about two seconds, or until the LCD lights up.
Try disconnecting ibiza Rhapsody from your PC before turning it on.
