DVHS SETUP
1 DVHS AUTO MODE <ON>
<ON>: When recording DSS® programs on D-VHS tape in the D-VHS
format. Normally, select <ON>.
Notes:
• When the VHS tape is inserted, DSS® programs will be recorded in the VHS
format.
• Any section guarded against copying (where a copy protect signal is inserted)
will be recorded in the VHS format.
• If the digital A/V cable is not connected, DSS® programs will be recorded in the
VHS format.
<OFF>: When VHS or D-VHS tape is inserted, DSS® programs will be
recorded in the VHS format.
5 Press GUIDE to end the setting.
