Note:
1. An entered Sub-Address is used as a User ID. When entered before a Fax transmission, the
DX-2000 will search its own one-touch/Abbr. No. list for a match. If the Sub-Address is found
and it is associated with an email address, then the DX-2000 will send a copy of the fax as
email to the "Supervisor's email address". The sender's email address will appear in the "From"
field in the Supervisor's In-box.
2. If the entered User ID (Sub-Address) is associated with a phone number, then the DX-2000 will
not allow fax transmission.
3. It is recommended that the sub-address be the user's telephone extension or employee ID if no
more than 4 digits.
