ARRANTY
WHAT DOES THIS WARRANTY COVER?
MOTOROLA INC. ("MOTOROLA") warrants its
MOTOROLA manufactured Radius Communication
Products ("Product") against defects in material and
workmanship under normal use and service for a
period of time from the date of purchase as scheduled
below:
Products and Accessories
Products Covered
CP185 Two-Way Radio Two (2) years
Motorola Accessories One (1) year
Mag One Accessories Six (6) months
The balance of the original
Products and warranty or for ninety (90)
Accessories that are days from the date returned to
Repaired or Replaced the consumer, whichever is
longer.
NOTE:
Rechargeable batteries will be replaced during the
applicable warranty period if:
A) the battery capacity falls below 80% of rated capacity, or
B) the battery develops leakage.
