InstallSideBurnerShelfto Firebox
Unscrew the 2 Phillips Head Bolts 1/4 inch out from the lower left and right corner holes in the right side
of the Firebox as shown (Inset 1).
Slide the keyslot lower holes of the Side Burner Shelf over the heads of the 2 Phillips Head Bolts and
drop down.
From inside of the Firebox, use 2 Phillips Head Bolts (M6x16mm)
to attach the upper holes of the Side
Burner Shelf to the Firebox as shown (Inset 2).
Use 2 Phillips Head Bolts (M4x8mm)
to attach
the lower and upper holes in the Side Burner Shelf Front
to the Firebox (Inset 3).
Tighten the 2 previously
loosened
and all other
Phillips Head Bolts used in this step.

Remove the Side Burner
Inset 3
Remove Electrode
Cover from Side Burner by unscrewing
2 Phillips Head Bolts (Inset 1).
Unscrew the 4 Phillips Head Bolts at each corner of the Side Burner (Inset 2).
Raise the Side Burner from the back and rotate to lift out.
Minimize
contact
with electrodes
when
lifting
Side Burner out (Inset 3).
