Minimum End User License Terms
An End User may:
1. Copy the Licensed Software solely for
backup or archival purposes, provided that the
license terms may (where appropriate)
authorize the reproduction of a specified or
reasonable number of copies to be made and/
or used by the End User.
2. Transfer the Licensed Software to another
party if the receiving party agrees to the terms
