    Install the Cart Bottom Shelf between the Cart Legs. Align the holes on Cart Legs with the threaded holes at the comers of Cart Bottom Shelf. Attach loosely the 8 screws then tighten screws. NOTE: Before attaching the Cart Bottom Shelf onto Cart be sure tank hole on the Bottom is located on the right side.
