To Start the Oven to Begin Convection Baking Now and Turn Off
Automatically
1. Besureclockis set to the correcttime of day,asthis controlsthe automatictiming.
2. Arrangeovenrackswhilethe ovenisstill cool. Preheat t he ovenif necessary a ndplacethe
food in the oven.
3. Pushthe BAKE TIME pad. " : " andthe words "BakeTime"will glow in the
display.
4. Push the Increase (A) or Decrease ( Y ) pad untilthe desiredbakingtime appears
in the display. Theconvection bakingtime canbe setforanyamountoftime from 10 minutes
to 11 hoursand 50 minutes.When settingthe convection bakingtime,the time will appear
in the displayand increase in 5 minute increments.
5. Push the CONV BAKE/ROAST pad. '.... will flash andthe word "Bake" will
glow in the display.
6. Pushthe Increase ( A ) or Decrease ( Y ) pad until the desiredconvection baking
temperatureappearsin the display. W hensettingthe convectionbakingtemperature, t he
temperature will startin at325%/163°Candincrease or decrease in increments of 5°F/2.5°C.
If the convectionbakingtemperatureis not set,the controlwill beep once.'....
will flash,and the word "Bake" will appear in the display. Completestep 5 again before
the displayreturnsto time of day.
Assoonasthecontrolsareset,theovenwill comeon andbeginheatingtothe selected convection
temperature. T hewords "BakeTime", "Bake" and "On" will appear in the display. Themain
displaywill showtheovenconvection bakingtime andwill countdownby minutesuntil it reaches
"00." Whenthe set convectionbakingtime runs out, the control will beep3 times. "00" will
appearin the displaywindow.Thecontrolwill then continueto beeponceevery10 seconds for
5 minutesor until the CANCEL pad is pushed.
7. Convectionbaking can be stoppedat any time by pushingthe CANCEL pad. When
convectionbakingiscompleted,pushthe CANCEL pad.

and Turn Off Automatically.
To set the controls for this type of operation, follow steps 1-6 above and then
steps 7-8 below:

Pushthe STOP TIME ad.The words "BakeStopTime" will glow in the display.
Push the Increase (AP) or Decrease ( Y ) pad untilthe timethat youwant cooking
to be completedappearsin the display.After a few seconds, t he StopTimewill again be
shown in the display.If the convection bakingtemperatureis not set,the control will beep
once.'.... will flash,and the word "Bake" will glow in the display.Thecontrol
will calculatebackwardfrom the set stop time to determinewhen cooking shouldbegin.
Thewords "Delay," "Bake," "StopTime,"and "BakeTemp Set" will glow in the display. T o
checkthe time,pushthe BAKE TIME pad.
Theovenwill come on automaticallyat the calculatedtime.At that time, the words "Delay,"
"Bake," and "StopTime"will go out and the words "BakeTime" and "On" will appear. W hen
the setbaketime runsout, the controlwill beep3 times."00" will appearin the displaywindow.
Thecontrolwill thencontinueto beeponceevery10 seconds for 5 minutesor until theCANCEL
pad ispushed.
