    MAINTENANCE MAINTENANCE Care and Cleaning Surface Maintenance Periodically clean the surface of the hood with hot soapy water and a clean cotton cloth. Do not use corrosive or abrasive detergent, or steel wool/ scouring pads which will scratch and damage the surface.
