10. Protection device required
(1) The magnetron should be taking care to handle by the mine body
and not by the leads wires. There are damage of breakage of the
cathode structure.
(2) The magnetic field of the magnetron has been precisely adjusted.
To prevent interaction between magnets and magnetic objects,
and some permanent demagnetization, do not allow any
permanent magnets or magnetic objects to come near the
magnetron. When the magnetron is stored. The best protection of
the magnetron is the THD standard packing.
(3) Be careful not to subject the magnetron to excessive vibration or
mechanical shock because it is a precision device. Use the THD
standard packing box to carry or store the magnetron.
(4) Care should be taken for cooling systems( cooling water and air)
before the operating magnetron, in order to avoid the ignition
caused by the stop of cooling systems.
(5) The cooling air systems sets the filter, in order to avoid the broken
down voltage caused by the dust and the mist.

11. Storage of magnetron
(1)The magnetron must be Stored in a dry location (relative humidity
< 60%). Do not store this product in a location where the
temperature or humidity may change rapidly because
condensation may form on the surface of the magnetron.
(2) When storing the magnetron for a long period of time, in the
delivered packaging form, store in a dry, low-vibration place. If the
humidity is too high, the insulation between the electrodes will be
reduced, which may cause a failure due to damage etc. to the
capacitor. In addition, vibration etc. may cause the heater to break.
Also, since the exterior parts of the magnetron use a lot of iron,
rust may occur. Regarding rust on exterior parts, it does not affect
the electrical characteristics such as the output etc. of the
magnetron, but it may can be cosmetic problem. However, if
magnetron gasket that comes in contact with the lip of the
waveguide of the microwave equipment rusts, there is possibility
that it causes the arcing and/or microwave leakage.
Therefore, when repacking, it is recommended to seal as much as
possible and enclose the desiccant.
(3) The product label may discolor when exposed to direct sunlight or
ultraviolet rays for a long time. In addition, since resin parts are
used for the capacitor of magnetron, it may cause deterioration of
the resin. Discoloration of the label does not affect the electrical
characteristics such as the output etc. of the magnetron, but
deterioration of the capacitor cause the magnetron failure, so it is
recommended to store it in a dark place.
