Kelvin (K) is used as a measuring unit for the color temperature of
light. The higher the Kelvin value is, the more bluish the light is; the
lower the value, the more reddish the light is.
Hints for White Balance in AUTO Operating Mode
In the operating mode AUTO the white balance can be inaccurate
under circumstances
if the illumination
—varies for the object and the sensor of the S-VHS
Movie;
—is insufficient. (less than 7 Lux).

By repeatedly pushing the High Speed Shutter Selector, the
shutter speed can be changed as follows:
1/250 sec.— 1/500 sec.— 1/1000 sec.—> Normal.
For videographing of fast movements, the shutter speed can be set
to 1/250, 1/500 or 1/1000 with the switch HIGH SPEED SHUTTER.
