APPLICATION:
This Awning is designed and intended for mounting on vans,
minivans, sport utility vehicles, small trucks and automo-
biles.
IMPORTANT: Read the entire installation procedure be-
fore starting the installation.

1. 1. 1. 1. 1. Attach suction cups to the header rail.
A. Assemble square head bolt, spacer and suction cup
as shown in FIG. 1A.
B. Slide the suction cup assemblies into the header rail
to the desired position and hand-tighten. See FIG. 1B.
2. Set the assembled awning on top of your vehicle. Adjust
the position of the suction cups if necessary. Press down
on header rail above each suction cup to seal them to the
vehicle. See FIG. 2.
ATTENTION: For the best seal, the roof of the vehicle
must be clean and the suction cups must be moistened.
3. Have one person unroll the awning and hold the end off
the ground, while a second person completes the setup
of the awning.
4. Insert pin of rafter pole through the eye of the adjustable
pole and through hole in the roller tube. (See FIG. 3, Page
3)

5. Compress the rafter poles and place the end of the rafter
against the header rail, under the edge of the awning
fabric. Repeat for other side. (See FIG. 4, Page 3)
6. To raise awning, twist lower adjustable pole while holding
upper pole and raise awning to desired height. Twist
lower pole to lock in position. (See FIG. 5, Page 3).
7. The awning poles should be staked to the ground by
inserting the included tent stakes through the wire loops
at the bottom of the awning poles.
IN WINDY CONDITIONS, OR IF LEAVING AWNING UN-
ATTENDED, THE AWNING SHOULD BE REMOVED FROM
THE VEHICLE TO PREVENT DAMAGE.
TO CLOSE AWNING:
1. Reverse Steps 3 through 8.
2. Release all the suction cups by pulling up on the rubber
tab. Remove the awning assembly from the vehicle.
3. Loosen the suction cup assemblies and slide them out of
the header rail.
To repack the awning in the storage bag:
A. Make sure the fabric is rolled up as tightly as possible.
B. Tie the fabric roll to the header rail.
C. Lay the poles and rafters in the bottom of the bag.
D. Lay the awning assembly in the bag.
E. Place two suction cup assemblies in each end of the
bag.
F. Wrap tent stakes and instructions in clear plastic
envelope, place in bag and zip bag closed.
